Within Kuwait: exchanges are accepted within 3 to 7 days from the date of receipt.

 

Orders Paid via “MyFatoorah”.

 

After receiving the item and verifying its condition, the refund will be processed through MyFatoorah within 1 to 2 weeks (business days).
