By using the BlackWhite website or placing an order through it, the customer agrees to the terms and policies in effect and displayed on the website at the time the order is confirmed.

 

Orders

 

- Order acceptance is subject to product availability, accurate order information, and successful payment where applicable.

- Customers may request to amend or cancel an order before preparation or dispatch begins, where operationally possible.

- Once an order has been prepared or handed to the delivery carrier, cancellation or amendment may no longer be possible, in which case the applicable Exchange, Return & Refund Policy will apply.

 

Prices & Payment

 

- All prices displayed on the website are in Kuwaiti Dinars unless otherwise stated.

- The applicable price is the price displayed when the order is confirmed, together with any delivery or service charges clearly presented before completion.

- No additional amount that was not displayed in the order will be charged without informing the customer and obtaining their approval.

- If an obvious and unintended technical pricing error occurs, BlackWhite may temporarily place the order on hold and contact the customer before fulfilment.

- A corrected price will not be charged without the customer’s approval. If the customer does not accept the corrected price, the order may be cancelled and any amount already paid will be refunded.

 

Promotions & Discount Codes

 

- Promotions and discount codes are subject to the terms, validity period, and eligible products specified for each promotion.

- Multiple promotions or discount codes may not be combined in the same order unless expressly stated otherwise.

- BlackWhite reserves the right to amend or discontinue promotions for future orders. Such changes will not affect orders already confirmed under the price and conditions displayed at the time of purchase.

 

Sale Items

 

- Sale items and products purchased under promotional offers are subject to the applicable Exchange, Return & Refund Policy and applicable law.

 

Product Availability

 

- BlackWhite makes reasonable efforts to keep inventory information up to date.

- Temporary discrepancies may occur between online stock and actual inventory due to simultaneous sales through the website and physical stores.

- If an item becomes unavailable after an order has been confirmed, BlackWhite will contact the customer and offer available options, including an alternative product with the customer’s approval or a refund for the unavailable item.

- No product will be substituted without the customer’s approval.

 

Product Images & Colors

 

- BlackWhite makes reasonable efforts to display product images and colors as accurately as possible.

- Minor differences in color may occur due to photography lighting, screen settings, or device display characteristics.

- Minor display-related differences do not constitute a product defect.

- Where there is a material difference between the product received and the product ordered or described, the matter will be handled in accordance with the Exchange, Return & Refund Policy.

 

Sizing

 

- Customers are advised to review the measurements and size guide available on the relevant product page before confirming an order.

- Minor measurement variations may occur due to fabric characteristics, garment construction, or the method of measurement.

- Selecting an unsuitable size does not constitute a product defect, without affecting the customer’s rights under the applicable Exchange, Return & Refund Policy.

- Customers are responsible for ensuring that their name, telephone number, address, area, selected size, color, quantity, and all other order information are accurate before confirming an order.

- Incomplete or inaccurate information may result in delays or unsuccessful delivery.

- BlackWhite is not responsible for delays caused solely by incomplete or inaccurate information provided by the customer, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

 

Product Use & Care

 

- BlackWhite is not responsible for damage caused by misuse of a product or failure to follow the applicable washing and care instructions, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

 

Intellectual Property

 

- All website content, including the trade name, logo, images, text, designs, and visual materials, is owned by BlackWhite or used under lawful rights.

- Such content may not be copied, republished, or used for commercial purposes without prior authorization from BlackWhite.

 

Circumstances Beyond Our Control

 

- BlackWhite is not responsible for delays caused solely by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including severe weather, road closures, government measures, emergencies, payment or shipping service disruptions, or force majeure events, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
